Deposits are processed right online  in just a few seconds using any of the deposit methods listed above. Simply log into your account and enter the banking center and select your method of choice, fill out the required information and your account will be funded in minutes. Deposits can also be made over the phone.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal request are processed daily. You can request them from 9:00 AM ET - 8:00 PM ET. Monday though Friday. Payout requests that come in after 1:00 PM. ET will be added to the following day's batch.  Customer must make sure all requested documents are in so there payouts are processed in a timely manner.

Simply log into your Skytower account and click on the withdrawal button, select the method of your choice and key in the amount you want to withdrawal. It's that easy.  You can also request your withdrawal either live chat or by calling our toll free number 1-800-535-8108 and a Customer Service Representative will be more then happy to assist you.

Cashiers check sent via FedEx or DHL Processed on Monday's only. $65

Bank wire Processed Monday - Friday $45

Credit backs to cards Processed Monday - Friday $20
Fax Authorization required before credit backs are issued.

Neteller Processed Monday-Saturday $20 -$60

Use of an invalid address and phone number is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings and/or a delay in your redemptions request.
